Brian Crawford
Chief Executive Officer
Brian Crawford is the CEO of Independence Power. Brian brings more than 35 years of electrical experience. Prior to Independence Power, Brian was a the Head Project Manager at VCV Digital. Brian started his career as a member of the IBEW Local 317. Prior to retiring from IBEW, Brian managed teams of more than 1,000 electrical professionals for some of the largest industrial projects in the northeast and Midwest. Brian is a licensed electrician and qualifying agent in several states.
Kevin Edwards
Chief Operating Officer
Kevin Edwards is the COO of Independence Power. Kevin brings more than 30 years of electrical experience, previously founding Brothers Electric Services. Prior to Brothers Electric, Kevin was a member of the IBEW Local 317, working on large scale industrial and high voltage projects. Kevin is a licensed electrician and qualifying agent in several states.
Eric Lifshitz
Chief Financial Officer
Eric Lifshitz is the CFO of Independence Power. Eric brings construction, real estate development and financial experience, completing full cycle projects as a project owner and developer. Prior to Independence Power, Eric worked at Natixis CIB as an Associate in the Global Structured Credit. Eric has completed more than $1 billion of transactions and projects. Eric received a BBA from Baruch College — Zicklin School of Business.
